The Remastered Version Of Call Of Duty 4 Is Tear Jerkingly Beautiful
Right now I’m happier than the time my mum told my I could have one of my chocolate eggs for breakfast on Easter 12 years ago.
Not only is a remastered version of Call of Duty 4 happening, but we’ve been given a sneak peak of what it’s going to look like.
They’ve really excelled this time as, they haven’t just transferred the game onto a newer format, but they really are remastering it – turning the, already fairly impressive, 2007 graphics into stunningly real 2016 graphics…
Here’s the gameplay trailer.
That’s made me need to go to the toilet alone for a few minutes. Just look at it!
And you can see more about it here…
I’m seriously so happy.
There’s one or two bones to pick, though. You have to buy the game as part of the new Call Of Duty Infinite War game which costs $80 (probably around 60 here). That’s not necessarily a bad thing – infinite war might be good. It’s just I would have preferred it if they released the Modern Warfare trilogy on one disk like they did for Uncharted.
That would have been cool. But still. THIS IS AMAZING! You’ll be able to have your heart broken on the bridge scene at the end in glorious HD with textures so detailed you could taste them!
